They say there are two types of people: night owls and early birds - I might be someone in between.
I am that person who would rather sleep a few minutes longer than eat breakfast. So I came up with the idea to make tons of granola bars like my mum used to do when I was a kid.
Most of the
purchased granola bars are too sweet for my taste. They pretend to be healthy,
but are loaded with lots of sugar and lacking in nutrients.
That's
why I skipped the store-bought snack and made my own very simple, quick and
healthy granola bars.
They make not only an easy breakfast on the run, but also seriously simplify my
morning life.
